The Harmonia Wellness Circle™ is a growing extension of Mustard Seed Counseling Center, designed to support whole-person wellness through a more connected and integrated approach to care.

While Mustard Seed provides counseling services, Harmonia expands this support by addressing additional areas that influence emotional and mental wellbeing.


 

Through Harmonia, individuals may have access to:

• Psychiatric medication management
• Life resource navigation and support
• Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
• Weight management support
• Coordinated and collaborative care


This growing model reflects our commitment to supporting not only mental health, but the full scope of each individual’s wellbeing.
