Rasheda L. Anderson, LCPC, ACS
Rasheda L. Anderson is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Nevada. In addition to being a mental health therapist, she serves as CEO and Clinical Director for Mustard Seed Counseling Center. It is the philosophy of Rasheda to provide therapeutic help to her clients with care, concern, and compassion. These three C’s serve as the foundation for an effective therapeutic alliance, growth, and change for her clients. Rasheda has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field.
In addition to helping Nevadans with their mental health, she hopes her time with her clients expands to how they relate to themselves and to others. Therefore, Rasheda uses a person- centered approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy when engaging her clients. She connects with clients who have or are experiencing trauma and assist them to understand themselves outside of those traumatic experiences.
Rasheda also engages with clients who desire to live their lives beyond their depression, anxiety, challenges with focus and attention, or are adjusting to life circumstances.
Rasheda welcomes all and works with both adults and children. It is the heart of both Rasheda and the Mustard Seed Counseling Center to provide a safe place for people to build a foundation that establishes roots so that they can grow to live their desired life.
Tori Baker- Taylor
Tori Baker-Taylor is Mustard Seed Counseling Center's Operations and Corporate Compliance Manager. Having worked in the mental health industry for over six years, Tori ensures that our front and back offices flow as smoothly as possible. Her innate care of people speaks volumes to the overall client experience. Tori also maintains, oversees, and ensures that Mustard Seed remains compliant for best business practices. In essence, she is the strength of Mustard Seed Counseling Center as she allows for our clinical providers to rest easy and concentrate on delivering optimal care.
Jesus Dominguez
Jesus Dominguez is a Student Counselor Intern at Mustard Seed Counseling Center. He is currently in the last phase of earning his Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Although he is growing in the mental health field, he is not a stranger to the helping profession. Jesus is a Physical Therapist with several years of experience. He uses his PT background of working with patients one on one, with listening to theirs needs, and with helping them find solutions with how he successfully engages his mental health clients. With the ability to provide care in both English and Spanish, Jesus also specializes in working with our older population, those living with dementia and their caregivers. Jesus also leads our CST (Cognitive Stimulation Therapy) groups and is extremely passionate this work.
